You'll receive a digital proof for review and approval before production begins.

Game Day items are custom, made-to-order products. Turnaround times vary by product and begin after your final digital design proof has been approved.

If you need your order for a specific game, Senior Night, Homecoming or special event, please provide your event date when ordering. Submitting an event date does not guarantee rush service or delivery by that date, so we recommend ordering as early as possible.

A digital design proof will be provided before production begins. Please review all names, numbers, colors, spelling, photo placement, and design details carefully.

One reasonable revision is included with your order. Additional revisions or major design changes may require an additional fee.

Production will not begin until the final design has been approved. Once approved, changes may not be possible.

Because Game Day items are custom-made specifically for you, personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect information provided at checkout or after the final design proof has been approved.
