PHOTO REQUIREMENTS
Upload clear, high-quality photos of your player. Because multiple photos may be incorporated into your umbrella design, choose images with good lighting, sharp focus, and a clear view of your player.
Original photos are strongly preferred. Screenshots, social-media downloads, blurry photos, heavily cropped images, or photos where the player is obstructed may affect the finished design quality. LC Creations may request replacement photos when necessary.
DESIGN PLACEMENT
Your custom artwork will be arranged to complement the shape and panel layout of the umbrella. Photo placement, sizing, and design elements may be adjusted to create the strongest overall finished presentation.
Your digital proof will show the proposed design before the umbrella enters production.
TURNAROUND TIME
Please allow approximately 14–18 business days after final design approval for your Custom Game Day Umbrella to be completed.
Please order early if your umbrella is needed for a specific game, Senior Night, Homecoming, competition, championship, or special event.
Providing an event date does not guarantee rush service or completion by that date.
PLEASE NOTE: Production begins only after your design proof has been approved. Once your approved custom umbrella has entered production, changes cannot be made.

You'll receive a digital proof for review and approval before production begins.

Game Day items are custom, made-to-order products. Turnaround times vary by product and begin after your final digital design proof has been approved.
Please review the turnaround time listed in the product description for the specific item you are ordering.
If you need your order for a specific game, Senior Night, Homecoming or special event, please provide your event date when ordering. Submitting an event date does not guarantee rush service or delivery by that date, so we recommend ordering as early as possible.

A digital design proof will be provided before production begins. Please review all names, numbers, colors, spelling, photo placement, and design details carefully.
One reasonable revision is included with your order. Additional revisions or major design changes may require an additional fee.
Production will not begin until the final design has been approved. Once approved, changes may not be possible.

Because Game Day items are custom-made specifically for you, personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect information provided at checkout or after the final design proof has been approved.
